Is the bag washable?

Our bags are super easy to clean. Just wipe them down with a damp cloth to remove any dirt or stains. For deeper cleaning, we suggest spot cleaning to keep it looking fresh.

Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?

We ship all across Portugal with delivery in just 1-2 days! For international orders, the estimated delivery time and shipping cost will pop up automatically at checkout.

Can I return the order if it doesn’t fit me?

Absolutely! If the bag doesn’t fit or meet your expectations (we know how tricky online shopping can be), just make sure it’s unused and contact us within 14 days. We’ll guide you through the return process.

Will this bag work for all dog breeds?

Yes, our bags are designed to work for dog parents of all breeds! Whether you have a tiny pupper or a big, fluffy giant, our bag has got your back. But if your dog’s a big puller, we recommend not attaching the leash to the bag for everyone’s safety. We want walks to be fun, not a tug-of-war!

Do you have an offline store?
